13 October 2015 – What a difference a day makes

After yesterday’s crane problems today has gone swimmingly – or at least moderately well.  All the major items that needed lifting into place on the gables and roof structure were completed and the whole thing is now looking even more like a house!

There were some impressive bits of wood – the main ridge beam for the largest roof section is a single 9.8m long glulam beam!
