The past week has seen pretty wet weather (although not up to the biblical standards of August) but that isn’t really surprising at the end of October.\u00a0 Despite that (or possibly becasue of that and a little ‘gentle’ encouragement) the roof sarking is, to all intents and purposes complete apart from the waterproofing of ridges and valleys.<\/p>\n

Rain on Monday, Tuesday and (particularly) Wednesday and Thursday nights however has meant that the interior of the frame and the floor decking is a bit damp.\u00a0 It’s also got a thick layer of sawdust and insulation dust from all the cutting so Teresa felt it would be a good idea to sweep it out.\u00a0 If nothing else the picture below gives a pretty good\u00a0 impression of how spacious the vaulted space of the kitchen and living areas is.<\/p>\n
