After 5 months of digging into the ground and putting slabs and retaining walls in place it’s a joy that we are about to start raising the bulk of the house above ground level!
As can be seen from these photos (and subsequent ones) many trees have been harmed in the production of the frame and a large swathe of Scandinavia has been cleared – probably visible from space!
