There’s a commitment to build a boundary wall to separate the Ster Glydn plot from Cove Outlook. Unfortunately, evn though there will be raised beds on each side, it is going to have to be built as a retaining wall and so needs the kind of footing that’s bigger than you’d normally build a house on!
The evidence is clear to see – 16 cubic metres of poured concrete!
